Todd W. Johnson - Founder and President of Done., Inc. a professional organization to promote ethical practices in professional organizations, Todd W. Johnson consults, trains and coaches professionals throughout Minnesota. Past Minnesota Executive Director for the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA Minnesota) from July 2000 through December 2016, Todd worked with the NAIFA Minnesota state board of directors and seventeen local association boards of directors, the board of Minnesota General Agents and Managers Association, served as President of the Minnesota Insurance Political Action Committee and the Minnesota Insurance Agents Education Foundation to protect and to promote the value of the insurance and financial advisor in Minnesota through services and programs that provide members advocacy, business building and camaraderie.
Dave Rephan - Kaplan University, David Rephan is a partner at Chestnut Cambronne. In his twenty-five years of practicing law, he has focused his practice primarily in the areas of elder law, disability law (including special needs trust law), government benefits law, and veterans law. He has successfully litigated class actions and individual actions on behalf of government benefits recipients. David is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the Minnesota State Bar Association Probate and Trust Law and Elder Law sections. He has also taught at numerous legal and community education seminars.
